We’re Rebranding! Telesales Gurus is now TG Sales Agency

Over the last eight years, our business has adapted and grown. 

What began as SAS-Marketing, our LLC name, was initially focused on providing telemarketing and general business development support. It was a modest beginning, built on persistence and bootstrapping. 

We worked through countless ups and downs, including the pandemic and attempted digital nomadry.

As the years progressed, we became really strong in outbound sales execution as a remote sales team. We chose a name that reflected our niche: Telesales Gurus. 

But the market has evolved since then, so have our clients’ expectations. 

We’re not afraid to say it: Outbound calling and prospecting are no longer enough on their own.

Buyers don’t buy like they did in 2017. Detaching top-funnel activities from the rest of the sales process no longer makes sense. And companies need broader strategies that address the full scope of their revenue cycle. 

Our practice has grown to meet those demands, extending into consulting, multi-channel execution, fractional sales leadership, sales, and marketing recruitment. 

And now, so that our name truly reflects what we do, we’re rebranding as TG Sales Agency.

Why Rebrand Now?

The way people buy has shifted dramatically. 

Technology, buyer behavior, and industry norms change quickly, and we cannot afford to simply watch from the sidelines. To help clients stay ahead of constant changes, we must lead by example.

And while our priority has always been on delivering ROI, staying on that mission demands that our brand reflect the same level of seriousness and care that we dedicate to our external client work.

For those reasons, we’re investing more into our image, our teams, technology, and across the board.

The Value We Aim to Deliver

Our promise is not to simply “do sales activities.” Anyone can send emails or make calls. What matters is connecting those activities to a coherent strategy and executing with expertise.

We also recognize that many of our clients will eventually transition from an outsourced model to a permanent in-house structure.

In those cases, they can rely on us to set up processes, then help identify, train, and support their hires as needed. 

Recruiting and building sales teams is a specialty discipline in its own right, and we respect it as such. With that in mind we’ve established TG Sales Recruiting to deliver in this area with focus and accountability.

Two Brands, One Vision

TG Sales Agency and TG Sales Recruiting will now operate side by side with shared values and a cohesive visual identity. While each has a different purpose, they align in serving the overall mission of guiding companies toward stronger revenue outcomes.

Our updated brand visuals are designed with intention. Patterns are repeated to symbolize consistency, discipline, and our methodical approach.

The symbol derived from our main logo reflects the full-circle sales process, the upward movement of growth, and a strong central core. These elements are not just aesthetic choices; they represent the way we work and our mindset.

Expanding Services

When we first entered the market, our primary skillset was rooted in the call center environment. Cold calling was our core competency, and it allowed us to bring immediate value to clients that needed quick pipeline growth.

As time went on, clients began asking us for additional support. They wanted to know what to do when cold calling alone wasn’t enough. They needed help with presentations. They wanted feedback on landing pages, instructions for structuring email campaigns, and evaluating new sales hires.

Whenever these requests aligned with our expertise, we stepped up to the plate. Over time, those individual services became part of a larger, integrated practice.

Today, our Full-Funnel Business Development model offers support at every stage of the sales process. This approach combines strategy with execution and adapts to the specific needs of each client. The flexibility of the model allows us to blend services in a way that is both effective and cost-conscious.

Our current offerings include:

Notably, telemarketing will no longer be a standalone service but will be included as appropriate for comprehensive engagements.

For our current clients, nothing changes. Pricing, contracts, technology setups, and vendor relationships will remain undisturbed with options for expanded service.

Looking Ahead

This rebrand has been rolled out to position our firm for our next growth period. It’s also to ensure that our clients, partners, and talent pool see us as a capable and forward-thinking agency.

Our commitment is unchanged. We’ll continue to act as a trusted extension of our clients’ business and keep delivering great service.

For talent, we are excited to expand opportunities. Flexible, well-paying positions will continue to open, and we’ll be sharing more about new roles in the months ahead.
